Delivery of the products shall be made to the street address (no P.O. Boxes) specified by the customer when placing the order. The address must be located in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
TMP has the right, but not the obligation, to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for delivery of the products to any other party as it may from time to time decide without giving notice of the same to the customer.
TMP aims to ship products within one (1) to five (5) business days from the time payment is received. Any dates quoted for delivery of the products are approximate only. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence and TMP shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. TMP offers a variety of shipping methods and the shipping cost is calculated based on the location of the delivery address, shipping speed chosen and the weight of the products you order. Customers can estimate shipping costs by choosing the item and then entering their shipping address and method of shipping into the shipping estimator.

If the products cannot be delivered to customer or customer fails to accept delivery of the product (other than by reason of any cause beyond customer’s reasonable control or by reason of TMP’s fault) and the product is returned to TMP as undeliverable, then TMP shall contact the customer and arrange for re-delivery.
